Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is central to enhancing the colleague experience, enabling strong operational performance, and ensuring that all people-related processes and infrastructure are fit for purpose, scalable, and future-ready.
In this role, you’ll design and deliver a strategic approach to people services, covering everything from onboarding and offboarding to employee relations, reward, change, administration, and data. You’ll align these services to the business strategy, ensuring they evolve with the needs of the workforce and reflect external best practice. You’ll drive continuous improvement across policies, processes, frameworks, and service models to boost efficiency and enhance service quality.
