You’ll partner and collaborate with the Group HR SLT and wider HR and talent acquisition community to set, drive and deliver the talent acquisition strategies for the Merlin Entertainments Group.  With a devolved operating model, this is a strategic role with accountability for shaping and setting Merlin’s direction and best practice approach for TA across the organisation to deliver the right volume and calibre of talent across the globe, supporting business aspirations and global expansion.   Staying true to the Merlin organisational values every step of the way, you’ll continue to nurture an inclusive culture that drives strong engagement and delivers the best colleague experience; bringing together their community of TA specialists across their regions.  Talent Management will also feature, building succession pipelines externally and in partneship with your HR colleagues, taking an active role in talent planning across the leadership community.

12 month FTC – HR Change Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, with experience of leading transformational change, to become a key part of the HR team. Working with the Change Management Team you will lead all aspects of people change to inform strategic thinking around work processes and organisational design with a view of improving overall business efficiency.

Delivering transformational change you will be adapt in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders you will be well versed in influencing as a project leader with experience in tracking and monitoring people projects/initiatives.  An established HR Business Partner you will offer experience working at a strategic level, and a deep understanding of the end to end HR delivery model, thorough knowledge of the generalist HR function and core HR service delivery. Effective project and programme management skills are crucial with experience of managing a portfolio of initiatives, ideally within a regulated environment.
