Hello September, it’s good to see you.
The past few months have seen us challenged more than ever before, alongside other small businesses, we too have been adapting to a rapidly changing landscape. As career women with families, we’ve always adopted a work-life integration approach and the success of Vana has proved this is all possible. However, the impact of Covid-19 on our marketplace combined with home schooling demands has certainly introduced us to a whole new level of ‘integration’. Thank goodness our sense of humour and sense of partnership has won out. #dancingintherain perhaps the most apt snapshot we could find in our photo library.
Throughout this period we have continued to support our HR talent network with advice, encouragement and support; both existing and new. Our virtual world has seen us meet and interview talent for new searches and support clients to seamlessly onboard successful hires across a plethora of digital platforms. Who knew that “zoom fatigue” would become a “thing”!?
We’re feeling optimistic as we head into September, and would like to thank our network for the ongoing support. There’s no doubt that the next few months will be challenging for us all but by supporting each other we will continue to thrive.
