12 month FTC – HR Change Business Partner

A successful organisation with continued ambitious growth plans and a significant transformational change portfolio – our client is seeking support on a 12 month FTC basis as they launch a number of projects around people change.

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, with experience of leading transformational change, to become a key part of the HR team. Working with the Change Management Team you will lead all aspects of people change to inform strategic thinking around work processes and organisational design with a view of improving overall business efficiency.

Delivering transformational change you will be adapt in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders you will be well versed in influencing as a project leader with experience in tracking and monitoring people projects/initiatives.  An established HR Business Partner you will offer experience working at a strategic level, and a deep understanding of the end to end HR delivery model, thorough knowledge of the generalist HR function and core HR service delivery. Effective project and programme management skills are crucial with experience of managing a portfolio of initiatives, ideally within a regulated environment.
