Talent Aquisition Operations Lead (Global)

Senior HR Business Partner

Head of People Partners

As Head of People Partners, you will report to the People Director and lead a team of 2 HRBP’s, Partnering with the Commercial and Group functions and a rapidly expanding tech/digital business division, you will excel in working at pace and with agility. A highly visible role, you will draw upon previous experience of building partnerships with a professional cohort, offering demonstrable expertise of influencing senior stakeholders.

Embracing hybrid working and with sites across the UK and two office hubs, the successful incumbent will manage their diary to encompass time out in the business and at their corporate offices, (Hook, Manchester) with flexibility to also work from home.
