A major UK organisation—recently formed through the integration of two established companies—is strengthening its HR capability across its large operational network. With a UK workforce of more than 4,000 colleagues and a significant proportion working within production and supply chain, the business is investing in a modern, commercially aligned HR model designed to support continued transformation, operational excellence and cultural evolution.

Debbie worked with me on the search for a Group HR Director. From the initial briefing to the final candidate interviews the process was clear, structured, quick and highly professional. One of Debbie's key strengths is to really understand the needs of her customers. And this came through in the strength of the short list of candidates she delivered. Overall a great customer experience and hence I can only recommend Varna HR Resourcing unreservedly.
