Senior Interim HRBP (12 month FTC)

We are looking for an experienced Interim Senior HR Business Partner with a strong background in change management to support our client for a 12-month period. The position will start in June/July, and candidates must be available at short notice.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive business success through leading and supporting change initiatives. You will collaborate on developing and implementing strategies to ensure smooth transitions during transformation, while fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in change management and transformation, along with strong strategic HR business partnering skills. While international experience is beneficial, it is not required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at a fast pace and thrive in a dynamic environment.
