High profile organisations spanning the worlds of financial services, law, local government, rail and sport are all in the running for the HR Impact accolade at this year’s Personnel Today awards.
Shortlists for all 20 categories were announced on Wednesday 26 July by Personnel Today, with Vana HR Resourcing sponsoring HR Impact for a second year running.
This award recognises an HR professional or team that has added value to their organisation through an innovative, clever or determined solution – ultimately showing HR at its most creative and flexible. The six shortlisted organisations are;
KP Snacks (picture below) walked away with the trophy in 2016, and you can read about how they did it here. This year’s winner – along with all the others – will be revealed at the awards dinner in London on November 21st.
