This is an opportunity to join the team as Head of HR and build a commercially aligned HR function that will enable them to attract, develop and retain the best talent. Considering the rapid growth of the organisation and further investment to scale, this will suit a HR leader who is adept at working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to pivot between strategic and operational activities.
Partnering with the leadership team as a trusted confidante and partner, you’ll contribute to the vision for the future, with the agility to swiftly operationalise plans and objectives, to support the delivery of people and business outcomes.
With accountability for shaping and evolving the employee experience, this is a HR leadership role with a full generalist remit and accountability for coaching and leading a high performing People Team. Responsibilities are wide and varied; from building a HR infrastructure of policies and processes, to supporting significant organisational design and development activities, enhancing talent acquisition activities, and introducing effective learning and development solutions.
Recognising that People are the most important asset, cultural development will be a vital aspect to this role and to the success of the organisation; striving to build a happy and productive workplace where all colleagues collaborate and work towards achieving their shared vision.
The candidate will have experience as a Head of HR or Senior HR Manager and will be knowledgeable around all legal requirements of HR management.
On a practical level you will be based at the London office, 3 days a week with flex for remote working around other days.Apply Apply
