To be the right fit, you’ll be a proven strategic HR Business Partner operating at a genuinely senior level, with deep, hands-on union experience, owning the relationship and the room, not sitting on the periphery. You’ll have full ownership of pay negotiation, from building the business case and working with site leadership through to costing the position and negotiating it to conclusion. And you’ll bring the credibility and confidence to challenge upward and push back into strong, established leadership cultures.
