FTC – Director of Talent, OD, Learning & Performance

Our client is a global organisation entering a genuinely meaningful new chapter — new board, new strategy, new operating model. The People function is central to that journey, and this role sits at its heart.

The incoming Director will hold accountability across the full breadth of the People agenda: Talent Acquisition and ManagementOD, Performance Management, Engagement, and Learning and Development — including Leadership Development and Coaching Philosophy. Alongside leading a high-performing team, there is a clear brief to evaluate the current People structure and help shape how the function evolves to support the organisation’s next phase.

We are looking for a seasoned People leader who has operated at this level in a global organisation of similar scale and complexity (40k+ colleagues), with senior accountability across the full remit described above. You will be as comfortable in strategic conversations with a senior leadership team as you are visible and present with the people you lead. The ability to build credibility quickly and lead with clarity through a period of change will be essential.

This is a nine-month fixed term contract, and we are looking for candidates who understand — and relish — the value of interim executive leadership done well – who are immediately available to commence in April (latest May).
