Senior People and Culture Partner – UK National Role
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days field-based, 2 days home working

Our client is a rapidly growing international organisation operating across multiple countries and markets, currently in an exciting phase of transformation and growth with significant investment in their people infrastructure and capability. This is a high-impact, senior business partnering role supporting both multi-site operational teams and corporate functions across the UK and Ireland.

As a trusted senior partner to executive leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading complex organisational change and transformation initiatives while managing TUPE transfers and post-acquisition integration. The role involves building robust people processes and governance frameworks, driving succession planning and talent strategy, and preparing for upcoming Employment Rights legislation. You’ll also contribute to reward strategy development and the longer-term evolution of the people function.

This position requires genuine field presence across England, Scotland, and Ireland, partnering closely with regional leadership teams while maintaining strategic oversight of corporate functions. You will need to be comfortable operating operationally as well as strategically, ensuring delivery on the ground while the infrastructure of HR continues to evolve.

We’re looking for someone with proven senior HRBP experience in complex, multi-site operational environments and a strong track record in ER, M&A, TUPE, and post-acquisition harmonisation. You’ll need the ability to build infrastructure and embed rigour in developing organisations, combined with the confidence to influence at executive level. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-focused environments. A flexible approach travel is essential for success in this role.
