As Employee Relations Lead, you’ll be at the heart of their people strategy, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, legally compliant HR services while coaching and developing an advisory and support team of 6. You’ll lead by example, managing your own complex caseload while setting clear direction and empowering your team with the skills and resources they need to excel.

This is a role where you’ll shape culture, drive continuous improvement, and embed a truly service-led approach that puts colleagues first. You’ll work collaboratively with their HR Centre of Excellence Heads and HRBP cohorts to ensure services meet evolving business needs, while providing expert analysis and strategic insight that influences decision-making at the highest levels. Your voice will matter as you promote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration across the organisation.

You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in managing complex workloads while demonstrating exceptional facilitation, mediation, and stakeholder management skills. You’re a confident communicator who inspires trust and collaboration, with the coaching expertise to develop talent and the analytical capability to turn HR data into actionable insights.

Ideally, you’ll have led HR teams through change, managed employment relations complexities including tribunals and trade union consultation, and delivered measurable results in demanding, fast-paced environments. If you have mediation skills or experience working within Centre of Excellence frameworks, even better.
