We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our clients vibrant team to play a key role in role in fostering high performance, providing leadership coaching, and cultivating strong relationships within a tech client group.
As Senior HRBP, you will have a wide remit, including overseeing organisational development and leadership coaching, nurturing key stakeholder relationships, promoting talent development, and championing a culture of high performance and motivation. Collaboration with the Chief People Officer and other directors will be essential to ensure that HR strategies are aligned with business objectives.
