As an accomplished HR Manager, Director, or HR Business Partner, you will possess a deep understanding of Employee Relations and change management, ideally gained within a global context.
In this pivotal role, you will provide essential guidance and support to HR Business Partners and Country Leads, demonstrating your expertise in navigating and facilitating processes within a matrix environment. Your experience in leading consultations during periods of organisational change will be invaluable.
