Tech SHRBP/HoHR Potential

We’re looking for a commercial HR Partner who has experience of working within Tech – ideally operating within an agile Tech organisation, or most certainly supporting a Tech customer group.  Familiar with scaling and nurturing a digital workforce who are striving to be a challenger at the forefront of the digital revolution, you’ll be eager to bring your expertise to help the broader population understand and adopt agile ways of working.

Partnering the senior leadership team to design and deliver the people strategy, you’ll contract with your specialist colleagues within their respective centres of expertise, to drive innovative talent and organisational development solutions – underpinned by sound data and analytics.  Curious to test new tools and methods, you’ll embrace working within a culture that encourages experimentation and risk taking, and a fail fast mentality.

This a SHRBP role for an ambitious candidate who is eager to continue their career trajectory, relishing the stretch and development opportunities on offer here, with a clear line of sight to a HoHR opportunity.
