This opportunity is a newly created role reporting to the CPO and we are looking for an experienced TA professional who can support in the delivery of hires (typically this will be across the key areas of; Insight Analytics, Software engineering and Sales. Whilst the delivery of hires is the initial primary focus we are seeking an individual with an aptitude and the ambition to develop this role further to shape and build the TA strategy. This will encompass; developing EVP, process improvement, supporting with succession plans and internal pipelining, developing assessment tools and coaching and acting as an ambassador for direct hire and talent attraction both in the UK and Internationally.
It’s an agile business that continues to grow rapidly, and therefore this role will see you pivot between building strategy and operationalising plans frequently. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to take the next step in their recruitment career.
From a practical level you can be based at home or from one of the key UK locations: Richmond, Manchester, Leeds, and Glasgow. If home based, you would be able to travel to a site of your choosing circa 1-2 days a week.Apply Apply
