Talent & Culture Director – 12 month FTC

Our client, a fast-growing, purpose-led organisation operating across the UK and Europe, is looking for a talented and strategic Talent and Culture Director to lead their people agenda across multiple markets. This senior role offers the opportunity to shape and embed a values-driven culture, develop high-impact talent strategies, and create a lasting people legacy across a dynamic and evolving business.

Working closely with the Board and senior leadership team, the Talent and Culture Director will take ownership of the culture, engagement, and development strategy across several European markets. With a remit that spans everything from succession planning and DE&I to internal communications and performance frameworks, the role demands both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in aligning the people agenda with regulatory expectations—particularly in relation to SMCR—and supporting the wider ESG goals of the business.

This is a visible and influential position, ideal for an experienced HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, PE-backed, regulated environment and is confident partnering at Board level. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cultural transformation, talent acquisition and development, and organisational design, ideally gained within financial services or another highly regulated sector. Experience working across UK and European jurisdictions will be essential, alongside a strong track record of scaling HR operations and delivering change in complex, multi-country businesses.
