Joining the People Services Team of this growing business, you will partner to fulfil an end to end recruitment service, focusing on quality of hire and candidate experience.
You may currently be operating within an In-house, RPO or Agency environment but either way you will offer hands on experience of delivering talent hires within the Technology space.
Well versed in relationship management you will partner with stakeholders across the business, coaching hiring managers in recruitment best practice and identifying business needs, supporting with benchmarking and talent pipelines.
A proven recruiter you will offer the ability to utilise various sourcing methods and offer a well-developed network in the technology sector, offering a deep understanding and engagement of the candidate journey.
This position role would suit an ambitious and enthusiastic recruiter who is looking to be part of a successful, fast paced team within a business with clear goals and an ambitious growth strategy.
