Senior Reward Manager/Reward Lead

As part of their ongoing growth strategy, the opportunity for a Reward Lead/Senior Reward Manager is a newly created role within the People team.

We are seeking a talented individual to drive change and transformation initiatives within this agile environment. Reporting directly to the HRD, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of reward change projects and developing future iterations. This includes developing core pay frameworks, such as base and variable pay (bonus/commission), while ensuring compliance with FCA and other regulatory requirements.

Beyond project work, you will play a key role in shaping the future reward approach and proposition to attract and retain highly capable and engaged individuals both now and in the future. If you have experience in reward management, strong project management skills, knowledge of pay frameworks, and an understanding of regulatory requirements (ideal but not essential), we would love to hear from you.

On a practical level, our client embraces hybrid working with approximately 2 days in the office. Due to their national network, there is flexibility regarding the office location. The headquarters is in Milton Keynes, so some time spent there would be expected.
