The EMEA leadership community are working together to drive significant organisational change that will enable them to deliver both EMEA and Global strategic priorities.  Centres of Expertise are embedded, with some more mature than others, and it’s an opportune time to join the people team as they shape the future of HR.

Partnering a VP cohort, this is a strategic BP role with accountability for proactively leading the development and delivery of their people and talent plans, supported by one direct report and CofE peer community.  Being tuned into the mechanics of how the business operates, key commercial drivers, and future market challenges will be critical to partner effectively, combined with an informed awareness of current industry trends and technology advances to continually enhance colleague experience.

We’re looking for an experienced SHRBP with an appetite for change and a hunger for trajectory. Interested candidates will have worked in a fast-paced and progressive organisation, and have partnered a similar level of leadership with evident success of leading organisational development and transformation.  Navigating within a complex matrix structure will certainly be familiar territory, and building long lasting and effective stakeholder relationships will be a natural strength.  With a collaborative, positive working style you’ll enjoy being a key contributor to a highly engaged team and thrive in a time of positive revolution.
