Whilst the UK HQ is in London, teams are based across the globe, and therefore you’ll be comfortable with partnering senior stakeholders and their respective colleague groups remotely. As the infrastructure of the organisation evolves, system platforms are integrated, and they improve their digital capabilities for clients, you’ll be comfortable with supporting your community through significant transformation.
The HR team is established and centres of expertise evolving and maturing, empowering you to strategically partner Exec Members. Supporting the leadership community to optimise shared services will be critical, and in this interim period of change you’ll be comfortable with pivoting to provide generalist support as required.
As an experienced SHRBP, you’ll welcome the opportunity to mentor and coach the BP community, and contribute as a key member of the broader People and Talent team. Organisational development and transformation experience will be evident in your career to date, providing a seamless transition to add real value to the organisation as they move through their next phase of development. Ideally you’ll have partnered an international or global customer group, but potentially this could be a growth area within role. We’re certainly looking for an enterprise thinker with a global mindset to work effectively with multiple Exec members and drive future innovation.
