We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our clients vibrant team to play a key role in role in fostering high performance, providing leadership coaching, and cultivating strong relationships within a tech client group.
As Senior HRBP, you will have a wide remit, including overseeing organisational development and leadership coaching, nurturing key stakeholder relationships, promoting talent development, and championing a culture of high performance and motivation. Collaboration with the Chief People Officer and other directors will be essential to ensure that HR strategies are aligned with business objectives.
To excel in this role, you will have a proven track record in a similar position, preferably within a technology setting and a startup or scale-up environment. A deep understanding of performance management and talent development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment are key qualifications. Your enthusiasm for driving organisational success through people-centric initiatives will be a driving force in your success.
On a day-to-day basis, you will engage with high-performing individuals and teams, you will inspire motivation and success while implementing strategies to unlock potential and drive high performance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives that will shape the future of this dynamic business.
On a practical level, you will be working on-site in Woking three to four days a week combined with home working.
