If you are an experienced Head of HR or SHRBP with Executive Business Partnering experience, combined with leadership experience of HRBP teams, we have a number of searches in process that could be of interest.

Our portfolio of clients are primarily large corporate organisations, each of whom are undertaking significant organisational change and transformation.  In some cases this is as a result of M&A activities, and for others it is to support ongoing strategic and commercial development across their global operations.  We have opportunities to partner; B2B, B2C, and Digital customer groups, and experience within similar functions would be advantageous.  Culturally, this cohort of clients operate at a rapid pace, encourage innovation and can offer a high degree of stretch, challenge, and trajectory opportunity.

With mature Ulrich models in place, each opportunity enables Senior HRBP’s to be firmly embedded within their business area as a member of the respected senior leadership team, and contribute to the broader commercial agenda.  Leading a team of HRBP’s and supported by specialist colleagues within centres of expertise, these opportunities offer programme management for all organisational development, change and transformation activities.

We’re looking for Senior HRBP’s who actively understand how to contribute to the business agenda as a neutral leader.  Experience to date will have been progressive, and demonstrate success in partnering senior leaders within a corporate matrix organisation moving through significant organisational change and transformation.  It’s imperative that you know how to join-up the dots, challenge the status quo, and be curious and courageous to test new ideas and solutions.

With HQ’s based in London and the M4 Corridor, our clients have embraced homeworking and are encouraging their teams to work remotely during this current time.  This will be de rigour for the foreseeable future with the flexibility to spend some time in HQ as required.
