Born out of their Global headquarters in CA (US), their established London office is the Regional HQ for multiple operations across EMEA and APAC. Private equity backed, their growth is set to continue at pace with future expansion into new territories in 2025 and beyond.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead the resourcing strategy to build a direct sourcing model; attracting and building talent pipelines for all hiring needs across business services, including graduate and early careers. This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity to support their ambitious growth plans and establish a best-in-class recruitment function. Operating within this high agility and low bureaucracy environment, effective stakeholder management across their matrix structure will be critical.
We are looking for a Recruitment Partner with experience of operating within a professional services firm or similar environment, adept at managing end-to-end recruitment processes across an international geography, delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring experience.
c.2-3 days per week in London offices, combined with remote/home working
