Having experienced exponential growth over the past 3 years, both organic and via acquisition in the UK and USA our client is looking to appoint an interim People Operations Director to assess the People and Culture function and make recommendations for improvement across a number of People Initiatives.
This is a high profile role and comes at a critical time for the business as it implements further growth plans. The challenge for the organisation and the reason for this interim role, will be to achieve growth whilst delivering People and Culture change initiatives that enable the organisation to maintain both engagement and the unique culture created over many years.
The Interim People Operations Director will play a key role in transforming certain people initiatives in the UK and US. Working alongside, collaborating with and partnering the Function Heads across the firm, this role will work across all functions and departments to engage with the rapidly increasing workforce. We are looking for a change agent – someone who will undertake a comprehensive review of the People function.
We’re looking for someone who can build and execute a People plan which fully supports the business plan in areas such as reviewing the current People and Culture team Structure, assessing policies and processes, review the People Information System and all aspects of reward to assess whether fit for purpose and make recommendations for improvement.
To succeed in this role you will be a strong HR Generalist with evidence of having achieved significant success working at board level, designing and embedding strategic change. You will have a track record of creating and delivering HR strategies that have made a measurable difference to their organisations and this will ideally have been gained within an agile, tech, media or start-up environment.
Remuneration: £120,000 pa.
Preference is a FTC but day rate will be considered.
