HRIS Project Manager – Interim 6 months

We are looking for a senior HR Systems Project lead to support our client on an interim basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to bring their previous experience of implementing a HRIS into a new role – one where you can support in the development and fine tuning of a recently implemented system (Zellis/NGA) to ensure that its functionality is being maximised.

You will work with stakeholders to deliver the system which underpins the employee life cycle and you will be pivotal in engaging and training users to ensure that they are ready to embrace the new system changes. To succeed in this role you will offer an in-depth proven experience in managing various HR systems and implementing these.  A strong understanding of HR and recruitment services and the business processes that support these services and deliver a great user experience. Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience alongside the ability to problem solving and work with a “can do” proactive approach.


From a practical level, the role would be based in the Midlands (with travel to Farnham) or Farnhamand and is offered at circa £80,000 on an FTC (or daily rate).
