Reporting to the People Director and working alongside experts in Talent Attraction, L&D and Communications you will partner with the business leaders to ensure a proactive, responsive and commercially aligned HR provision. This will span across employee engagement, continuous development, processes and policies and the leadership of a HR team of four – empowering them to deliver a first-class service to the business.

To succeed in this role you will be highly commercially focused with the proven ability of leading a HR Team and delivering continuous improvement. Well versed in managing relationships with senior stakeholders, it’s likely that you will have developed your expertise within an environment that has enabled you to be both strategically focused and tactical in delivery. The business employee circa 500 colleagues and therefore experience of working with a similar sized client group would be advantageous.
