As HR Manager you will partner with the Exec team, NED nom for all things people, and members of the SOE & Ops Committee, you’ll report to the Co Sec and lead on all HR activities that touch the employee experience.
Combining strategic and operational capability; you’ll be adept at working as a trusted confidante and partner and contributing to vision for the future, with the agility to swiftly operationalise plans and objectives, to support the delivery of people and business outcomes.
Passionate about creating vibrant places and with a love of the West End the successful candidate will embrace this environment; making a positive contribution through agility of approach, self-sufficiency and with a professional, “can do” attitude.
Having developed your career within an SME environment, you may currently be leading the People function in a stand-alone capacity, or perhaps you are ready to take the next step in your development from a supporting role.
Either way you will bring well-rounded generalist experience and the ability to combine hands on, operational capability with strategic vision.
