As HR lead you will be at the heart of this investment. With the support of a HR Assistant, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and review of the People Strategy which allows the business to differentiate itself in terms of the way it treats and supports its people, whilst at the same time enabling the business to achieve its financial and growth objectives. A broad toolkit is essential for this role and you will ideally be operating as a HR lead/SHRBP, ideally within an SME environment where you will have developed first hand experience of managing both tactical and strategic projects.
You will come from a progressive HR environment and will be able to bring experience and visibility of best practice, sophisticated in your approach to building relationships and facilitating others.
Based in Bath, our client is currently operating remote working practices and will continue to do so well into next year and beyond.
To succeed, in this role you will be agile, flexible, and adaptable in your approach. Reporting to the CFO, this is a role about creating and shaping and delivering results through people.
