As HR Manager and functional leader, you’ll be accountable for building and developing their HR function across the employee lifecycle; EVP, talent acquisition and development, diversity and inclusion, management and leadership development, colleague relations and engagement, performance management, and reward. Typical of a start-up environment, this role demands a HR leader who can demonstrate the agility to frequently switch between strategic advisor to operational contributor, combined with a pragmatic and proactive approach to deliver effectively and at pace. Experience of working with a start-up or early stage business would be advantageous, and certainly a seasoned ability of partnering directly with Board/Exec stakeholders.
Currently the team are all working remotely, but their hub is in theatre land Piccadilly and post lockdown measures, they’ll be combing coming together as a team with remote working – so we anticipate c.2-3 days per week you’ll be immersing yourself with the team at the hub.
