This is an HRD opportunity to partner Navico’s CCO, CMO, CFO and their respective Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams (c.550 globally). Considering the infancy of the HR function, very recent introduction of a HR SSC located in the US and maturing organisational infrastructure, this will suit an HRD/Senior HRBP who enjoys pivoting between strategic planning with the Exec to making stuff happen and operationalising activities across geographies. Freedom to operate without the complexities of a highly matrix organisation, enables change to be influenced and executed at pace. Key priorities include; embedding the ulrich model, providing value-add business partnering support across the talent cycle, building a high performance culture and developing robust succession pipelines. Broader contribution to global projects on the People agenda including employee experience and ED&I strategies will also feature.
Following the relocation of the three Exec’s to Navico’s office located at Alicante Marina, ideally the successful candidate will relish the opportunity to take advantage of a highly competitive relocation package to enjoy their next career chapter in warmer climates (support includes; English speaking healthcare provision and private education for any dependants). Should relocation not be achievable, living and working in Alicante for c.3 days per week would certainly be a consideration, with frequent flights out of several UK airports including Gatwick and Bristol.
From urban beaches to epic nightlife, Alicante offers a Mediterranean mix of action and relaxation. Add in a palm-lined esplanade snaking along the harbour and a Moorish castle looming above, and it’s one of the most dynamic spots on Spain’s sun-drenched Costa Blanca. The Navico team in Alicante enjoy regular socialisation on the water, and from offices based on the Marina itself, it’s an alluring place to be!
