HR Change Project Business Partner

This is a 12 month interim assignment for an experienced HR change project manager.

Reporting to the Global Operations HR Director, and working closely with the Group HR Director you will lead and contribute to the delivery of strategic HR change projects across our clients global landscape.

Our client has identified a number of key strategic HR change projects and we are in particular looking for an experienced individual who can offer expertise of Organisational Design within a business of similar scale and scope. Contributing to the development and implementation of the review of the employee proposition you will support leaders to drive engagement and productivity.

This role will see you developing plans for strategic projects, co-ordinating and managing the activities related to key deliverables, identifying key issues and risks and developing mitigations for each project and acting as the HR change leader to deliver change as required.

You will of course have proven experience in leading and delivering change programmes in HR and with this experience will come excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders, peers and HR colleagues along with competence working in a multi-cultural, international environment.

On a practical level this role can be based in central London, Surrey or the South Coast (with travel to London 2/3 days a week). We are looking for a Fixed Term Contractor only on this occasion as our client is not looking to consider daily rate interims.

Remuneration: £80,000 pa
