A global, innovative and tech focused business, our client is a world-leader in their market. To support their continued growth they seek to appoint a HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the HR Director for Global Business Units you will work with executive team members and senior leaders to drive the creation and delivery of high impact people strategies. This will include; leading organisational development and other change programs which enable the business unit to scale and optimise, proactively driving workforce planning in collaboration with business leaders, ensuring skill requirements are met and succession plans and location strategy are implemented and managing M&A activity including due diligence and integration. It’s a well- rounded and broad role!
Our client is looking for a MCIPD or equivalent HR Professional Qualification with 2:1 or above combined with experience of partnering within a high growth business. You will be adapt in transacting with HR Centres of Excellence and will have a solid understanding of what good HR Business Partnering looks like.
The desire and motivation to succeed and progress is more important than experience in every aspect of this role and therefore we are considering applications from those who are still developing their business partnering experience.
