We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our client’s multi-site FMCG business to play a strategic role in supporting Senior Leaders.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to partner with Senior Leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in providing guidance on HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and organisational development. Collaboration with stakeholders across multiple sites will be key to ensuring a cohesive HR approach that supports our clients high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the FMCG industry. A strong strategic mindset and the ability to translate business needs into HR actions are essential for success in this role. While experience working with unions is beneficial, it is not essential.
