Over the last 20 years, our client has brought together 11 of Europe’s most successful online brands. They are in a period of evolution as the look to a new Global Operating Model.

The HR function too is undergoing a transformation to enable it to better support the rapidly changing needs of the business. This will involve positioning HR to operate as a true strategic business partner, building capability and capacity in the operating model to advise and support on OD &D projects, transacting with the CoE’s and leading your function to translate functional strategy into focused functional people plans.

Partnering with the Chief Marketing Officer and the CFO you will be a proven HRBP, comfortable influencing at Executive level. A trusted partner you will act as an advisor, coach, and consultant for senior leaders to improve their leadership capability and manage strategic workforce planning succession planning, high level talent management, and enterprise footprint strategy.

With a strong focus on delivering great customer service and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders you will offer proven experience working as a strategic HR business partner in a large matrix organisation, ideally with an international footprint.

Based in Wimbledon, London there may be some international travel (Stockholm, Malta, Gibraltar circa 2 days a month).

Salary £80,000 plus 10% bonus
