Strategically partnering the Senior Managers and their leadership team, you will help to form and drive the end-to-end people agenda across a multi-site colleague group aligning to the broader group strategy that is supporting the business expansion.
Reporting to the HR Director you will welcome the opportunity to ‘role model’ strategic HR Business Partnering to the broader team and help colleagues as they transition to the new HR operating model, with the introduction of HR Shared Services and CEO’s.
To succeed in this role you will be a proven business partner with a passion for understanding and “getting under the skin” of a business, effectively sharpening the skills of a leadership team through well placed HR interventions. Recognised for your agility of thought and open mind set, you will offer generalist HR capability and you will provide expertise and support for the full scope of the HR function, drawing on your colleagues across centres of excellence/shared services when necessary.
We are looking for an individual who is a “go-getter” someone who is not afraid to push open doors to get their voice heard and it’s likely you will have honed this experience within the multi-site environment of retail or FMCG. You will be responsible for driving the growth objectives for your client group by playing the role of a credible, visible, value added business partner. The ideal candidate will build and lead a performance culture focused on talent development, creating an organization with world class functional skills and business expertise.
From a practical perspective you will perhaps live in the Hampshire or Berkshire area as you will cover an area that encompasses sites across Hampshire, Kent, North London and Somerset. You can base yourself from home or a local site and manage your diary accordingly.
