In broader terms, supported by the centres of excellence, you will ensure the group HR strategy and agenda is effectively aligned across; talent and leadership, culture and EVP, reward and recognition, and resourcing and capability development.
You will be adept at operating within the leadership space, and demonstrate not just a commercial understanding – but a depth of business understanding that places you as a credible business partner. Your personal development will have offered you the chance to drive change and transformation and given you a strong breadth of HR experience.
