We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner with experience in a fast-paced multi-site setting.
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to the Senior Leader Team, providing HR guidance and support. You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations at two key sites, managing culture change, performance management, and talent development and escalated ER cases. Collaboration with the Head of HR to implement HR policies and initiatives will be a key part of your role, as well as leading HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as an HR Business Partner and keen to develop further, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws, and you will combine this with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to forge strong stakeholder relationships. While union experience is a plus, it is not essential for this role.
