As HR Business Partner you will support your customer group as they move to the business partnering model. This will mean supporting and being hands-on on a range of activities specifically this will involve: managing employee relations within the region; ensuring that effective performance management is demonstrated and that managers are supported in gaining value from their teams; managing business change effectively and ensuring that re-structuring is completed on time and to budget; and supporting and managing specific HR projects as they arise.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take ownership for the Southern Region and in particular the manufacturing and production sites. With key sites in North Bristol and Midsomer Norton, either site will form your base, with post-covid travel circa 1-2 days– you will manage your own diary. This is an autonomous role and as such we are looking for someone with a high degree of independence, but also someone who is happy to contribute within a matrix structure to a wider HR team.
We are keen to speak to candidates with experience of operating within a manufacturing environment where you will have ideally gained exposure to working with unions. So if this sounds like you and you, please contact us today with your CV.
