We are looking for a HR Business Partner with experience of working within a consumer centric organisation, effectively supporting leaders and colleagues to successfully adopt new ways of working.  Supporting a client group of marketing and digital, exposure to this sector is of particular interest.

The HR model is highly respected within the business, enabling the HRBP community to be firmly embedded within their business area and a respected member of the senior leadership team, contributing to the broader commercial agenda.

Working as a sole contributor, contracting with your specialist colleagues, this opportunity offers programme management for all organisational development, change and transformation activities whilst driving the people agenda to accelerate.

Curious in your approach with an agility of thought, you will be unafraid to challenge the status quo. This approach is likely to have been developed in a complex, matrix environment where you will have partnered with multiple stakeholders at leadership level, working closely with this cohort to influence and steer the People strategy, continuing to build and develop digital capability and organisational effectiveness in the new world.
