The Head of Talent Acquisition will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment strategy. Leading a team of 10, aligned to core business areas, this individual will build a high-performing function that delivers exceptional results and strengthens the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

The role blends strategy and delivery. It will see the successful candidate design the operating model, define processes and measures of success, and embed consistent, insight-led recruitment practices that deliver quality, pace, and value. They will use data and technology to enhance decision-making, introduce meaningful metrics and reporting, and develop line manager capability to drive accountability and hiring excellence.

As a visible and trusted partner to the business, the Head of Talent Acquisition will lead high-volume hiring campaigns, support leadership appointments, and play an instrumental role in workforce planning and future capability development. Working closely with colleagues in Early Careers and Talent, they will help shape a compelling employer brand and attraction strategy with a strong emphasis on inclusion and cultural alignment.

The ideal candidate will bring experience from within FMCG. They will be adept at leading high-volume recruitment operations and confident in balancing the strategic with the practical – influencing senior stakeholders while driving delivery through their team. Experience building or transforming a recruitment function, introducing measurable performance standards, and leading through change will be key.
