To this end, we are helping them search for a talented, process-oriented and data-driven talent acquisition professional to lead and execute their engagement of these brilliant individuals.
With less than 50FTE currently, but growing rapidly, they’re looking for someone who will be prepared to roll up their sleeves and lead on a wide range of resourcing from entry-level to C-level roles. Developing the infrastructure to help drive effective sourcing and evaluation processes, supported by innovative tools and technology, and consulting consult across the team on hiring and engaging colleagues to ensuring best practices are consistently followed.
Ideally, the successful candidate will also be interested in contributing to internal talent management more broadly, and developing performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development. It’s got a lot of potential.
There may also be an opportunity, depending upon aptitude and appetite, for the person in this role to be involved with their client services team.
