Reporting to the CPO, you will lead the Business Partnering Team and HR Operations, connecting employee lifecycle activities with your peers; Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of L&D. Whilst providing business partnering support to the UK MD.
Their current community of 2800 colleagues operate across 85 locations and new openings will be announced shortly. It’s well and truly in growth phase and the pace of change is fast. Key priorities will include; creating, embedding and directing the implementation of a People Operations strategy that will reinforce brand and culture, support business goals and aspirations, and build both individual and organisational capability. Connecting all people activities, ensuring processes are user-friendly and efficient and supporting managers to help equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge; including quality MI and data reporting to help inform people decisions and talent identification and planning.
We are seeking an experienced Head of People, someone who can demonstrate an understanding of working at pace in a multisite, highly customer centric environment – this experience is likely to have been developed within the sectors of Retail or Hospitality.
You’ll bring evidence of building and coaching high performing teams, managing effective stakeholder relationships that help initiate and embed change, and your proudest achievements as a culture champion.
Ultimately, you’ll understand how to play an integral role in creating and delivering a robust, commercial People strategy that’s aligned with business strategy, brand & culture.
Location: Head office is in London, but UK-wide travel will be required (c.1 day a week) and remote working is standard practice.Apply Apply
