Our client is a successful professional services firm with offices across the Central South region  and London.  Recognised for their exceptional client services work across multiple streams, they have built their reputation on a strong heritage, and continue to grow both organically and through M&A.

Organisational development and transformation is underway, and reporting to their new CPO, this is a brilliant opportunity as their first Head of Learning & Development to truly build and embed a learning and coaching culture, and create L&D initiatives tailored to guide colleagues through their journey of both professional and personal growth; developing their knowledge and skills to thrive in their role and drive their career progression within the firm.

You will review the current state of play to understand the learning activities executed within functional areas, before developing a centralised L&D plan for the future considering the newly articulated organisational purpose, values and behaviours at the heart of your strategy.  This is an all-encompassing generalist L&D leadership role incorporating; technical and professional learning, soft skills, talent and leadership development.  Enhancing learning technologies will be a priority, together with the ability to lead the design and launch of bite size digital learning through firm wide effective communication and engagement.  Supported by a team of 3.

If you are a learning and development leader, or a senior learning and development specialist ready for your first leadership move, and have experience of operating within a professional services environment (law would be highly beneficial), we would love to tell you more.

Practicalities; Hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office, and 2 remote working.
