Head of HR/Senior HRBP

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our client as Head of Human Resources. Reporting to the HR Director and operating as a part of the Senior HR Leadership Team, you will play a key role in driving the HR strategy and supporting the overall organisational goals.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background as a Head of HR or perhaps as a Senior HR Business Partner, looking to take the next step in your career journey. You must have a proven track record of building strong partnerships and be able to establish a valuable relationship with the Managing Director and Divisional Operations Director. You will be joining the organisation at an exciting time as they embark on a journey of rejuvenating strategy and enhancing the leadership capabilities of the team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 5 HR Business Partners and utilise your skills in coaching and developing a remote team. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.

As headquarters are located in Staines, it is necessary for the successful candidate to be able to work in the office for c.3 days a week. However, the role will also involve a combination of home working and travel to other sites.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a high-pressure environment. If you are passionate about making an impact and driving positive change, we would love to hear from you.
