Reporting to the CEO, you will relish the opportunity to mature the capability within the HR team and evolve their HR model to support high growth organisational transformation and development, and provide commercially aligned business partnering to support their strategic aspirations.


Partnering with the senior leadership team and GM’s for each store, you will support across all touches of the full employee life-cycle.  The pace is fast, with new store openings high on the agenda and therefore current or previous experience within a high-growth multi-site business employing a diverse colleague group would offer beneficial synergies.  As the business and HR model continue to mature, it will be essential to pivot between strategic and tactical demands frequently.

You could be an experienced HR leader or a successful HRBP with team management experience ambitious for your first ultimate leadership role.  Maturing HR business partnering capability, and developing systems and processes to improve performance management and deliver meaningful data to help drive talent management strategies will be key priorities.  However, this is a real opportunity to shape the entire people strategy and agenda considering all touch points of the employee experience from; talent acquisition and workforce planning, learning, compensation and benefits, employee recognition, and leadership development.

Considering their geography, this would best suit a candidate residing in the Midlands area or with easy access to motorway links.


Base: £65,000 – £70,000 plus car plus 15% bonus potential
