Working with a newly appointed Head of HR, this is an opportunity that has transformation at its heart.

We are seeking a Senior HRBP/Head of HR to partner with two relatively new Directors across digital/technology and marketing customer groups.

Culturally, a relationship driven organisation; colleagues are well supported and leadership are accessible and visible.  The pace can vary from fast and frenetic to sometimes decision by consensus.  It’s imperative you can work in both and in between.

Acting as a leader and ambassador of the People Strategy across your business areas, key priorities will include; increasing leadership capability to drive performance, organisational development projects, embedding broader group wide organisational transformation, assessing talent, and building succession.

An understanding of end-to-end process of business areas and the key connecting functions is essential, as is the aptitude to operate strategically and convert plans into practical outputs and actions. You will have strong exposure to business planning, profit and loss management, and delivery of commercial KPIs. We are looking for someone to bring fresh and new ideas, challenge the status quo and help them enable change.

The successful candidate will have worked within a consumer led business (Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Telco) and most certainly will have supported either digital/technology OR marketing creatives – Or ideally both.

On a practical level they role will be based circa 2 days a week in Paddington, combined with the opportunity to work remotely from home or other locations.

Remuneration: Up to £110,000 base plus £7,000 car allowance, bonus plus bens
