Our client is a Group organisation with multiple brands best known for their craftsmanship and installation of quality products to both consumer and commercial projects. With a long term investment partner, they are strongly positioned to continue to develop their organisation for future growth and expansion.
As their first internal HR hire, you’ll partner the senior leadership team and Board to help build a HR function and employee experience that will cascade across all brands, retaining the best of their culture as they grow. Once the foundations of good practice, process and governance are in place, key priorities will include; talent management, uplifting capability, and building key succession pipelines. With c.125FTE and growing it’s a classic strategic and tactical role, pivoting between the two with comfort and ease.
Working closely with the Board and SLT, this role is based at HQ near J15 of the M4, with some travel to other sites (Essex, Cirencester), combined with some homeworking.
