In line with growth plans we are supporting in the appointment of a Global Talent Acquisition Leader – this is a newly created role – ready for you to make your own.
The business is built by engineers, sales teams, marketers, administrators, designers, assemblers, chemists, web developers, accountants, analysts, programmers. It’s a diverse population. With a presence in over 37 countries and employing c. 2000 FTE, they provide comprehensive customer support globally.
We are seeking a passionate, progressive and innovative TA leader, to support in the creation, shaping and delivery of a global talent acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you’ll have the ability to “walk the line” between being both delivery focused and operationally hands on whilst developing and directing strategic vision to ensure the engagement of the best talent possible.
There’s a lot to do in the role and this will include; implementing a Global ATS, building EVP, developing an employer brand, implementing direct recruitment capability and a digital approach to onboarding. You’ll be a champion for candidate experience and a guardian of an amazing culture. You may not have direct experience of every aspect here – so an aptitude to learn quickly will be important too. This is a business that recognise that its successful growth is driven by great people – and you will be at the very heart of enabling this.
A business founded on relationships, you will recognise how to establish and nurture key stakeholders, experience of influencing on a global and matrix basis would certainly be useful. We are looking for a talented individual who embraces process development and the use of data to lead and execute talent acquisition, ensuring a joined up approach with the wider talent, development and engagement strategy.

The practical stuff:
Location: Key UK offices – Cheltenham & Cornwall. The role can be home based with travel to an office c.2 days a week or if preferred there is more flex for remote working if required.
