We are seeking a Group Head of Talent & Leadership to play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of its transformation journey. As Group Head of Talent & Leadership, you will have the opportunity to design and implement the organisation’s talent and leadership agenda at scale, with a particular focus on senior leadership capability and succession planning. You will work closely with senior business leaders and the People Leadership team to ensure that the organisation has the leadership strength, depth, and readiness to deliver on its strategic ambitions.

You will bring a blend of strategic and hands-on experience across both talent management and leadership development, ideally within large, complex organisations. With proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful leadership programmes, you will also understand how to embed sustainable succession planning, assess and develop potential, and build high-performing leadership pipelines. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, evaluate impact, and translate people insight into business outcomes will be key to your success.

Interested candidates must have experience in both leadership development and talent management within a business of similar scale (approximately 6,000–8,000 employees).
