This role is both strategic and hands-on, playing a pivotal role in shaping the leadership culture within the company.
Collaborating closely with senior leaders and HR business partners, you will identify and define leadership development needs. Given the company’s lack of previous investment in this area, this position offers the chance to take complete ownership of the future strategy.
With a solid background in leadership development and a strong focus on providing exceptional service, you will be dedicated to meeting the needs of your “customers.” You will bring specialized knowledge and serve as a thought leader in leadership and talent best practices and theories. Your skill set should showcase your expertise in leadership development and team management, ideally gained in a fast-paced, consumer-centric, multi-site environment.
As a skilled influencer, you will excel at presenting ideas at the board level and possess sound project management abilities. Leading a team of 7, including 3 direct reports, necessitates experience in coaching and team leadership.
