Recognised as an industry leader with operations and partnerships in multiple countries, their UK business remains an established employer of choice, and this is a rare opportunity to join the UK HRLT.  We are looking for a HR leader to shape and deliver the people plan for their UK Technology function, partnering their CIO and CNO, supporting their c3000 tech community thrive.  As a key member of the UK and Global Tech HRLT, you’ll also play a key role in influencing strategy to be future ready for the ever-changing technology and customer landscape.  This will include the opportunity to personally define and lead their pan-European Digital Engineering strategy across multiple markets; designing and driving a resourcing plan for 7000+ software engineers over the next few years.

To be successful in role, you’ll be a guru in partnering Technology communities and be familiar with the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.  Whilst previous experience of working across multiple geographies is advantageous, it’s not a pre-requisite.  However, you’ll certainly understand the digital engineering talent landscape, expertly lead organisational and cultural transformation, and build and execute a people strategy that drives high engagement and enables business success.  Pragmatism works well here, combined with advanced emotional intelligence, a strong business acumen and naturally high integrity.  It’s important you like to have fun too.  That’s critical.
